Yes — there are two Pro Kit SKUs. The 24V A/C kit fits traditional forced-air systems (about 80–85% of North American homes) via a fan-circuit relay. The Digital HVAC kit uses an inline airflow sensor for newer digital systems with no accessible 24V circuit, and alerts you and your installer if your scent schedule and HVAC schedule drift out of sync. Your installer confirms which kit you need at survey.
A single Pro Kit covers central forced-air homes up to 5,000 sq ft. Multi-zone homes typically need one unit per zone. Your installer will confirm during your site survey.
Yes. As a professional fragrance company, we only work with fragrance suppliers that are part of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) www.ifrafragrance.org. This organization manages the IFRA Standards & Practices, which form the basis for the globally accepted and recognized system for the safe use of fragrance ingredients. No. The Pro Kit connects to your HVAC system's low-voltage fan circuit, and improper wiring can affect your system and void the manufacturer warranty. Every Pro Kit is sold through and installed by an authorized HVAC contractor.
It is easy to schedule and control your ScentBeat HVAC scent system using our mobile app through Bluetooth communication. For extended range including remote monitoring, we can enable either Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity through our accessory products.
