1,800+ commercial
properties, worldwide.
Most large spaces still scent like it's 1999.
Walk through a hotel, a fitness floor, or a casino prep area and you will find a patchwork of inconsistent and uninviting scents: inconsistent trigger sprays, empty plug-ins, ineffective candle warmers, and unplugged diffusers on extension cords that nobody is responsible for. The result is uneven coverage, no accountability, and a brand experience that breaks down the moment a guest steps past the lobby's good intentions.
ScentBridge replaces this entire ineffective patchwork with one smart HVAC-integrated system, one brand-consistent fragrance, one clear layer of accountability.
One HVAC-integrated system covers the lobby, the floor, the corridor, the amenity deck. Single fragrance, single accountability layer, no candles.
Coverage is engineered to enhance your guest experience. No bursty plug-ins, no fade between refills. Guests get the same first impression on a Tuesday at 11 as a Saturday at 9.
Cellular-connected. No Wi-Fi or IT review. Refills, diagnostics, and intensity tuning are dispatched by us, on a schedule guests never see. Managed by us, so you don’t have to.
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) watches every device every minute. When behavior shifts, service is dispatched before your scent experience is affected.
Top performing Cold-Air Diffusion. Safest IFRA-compliant oils. Perfect for 4-diamond properties, healthcare, multi-family, gaming floors with the best life-safety quality.
Devices tell you they're about to fail. You just have to be watching.
Days before a scent device actually fails, its power draw shifts. A pump working against a partially-clogged nozzle pulls more current. A failing fan is noticed too. The ScentBridge NOC watches power consumption on every device, every minute. When a property uses “dumb” equipment, that early signal is invisible — nobody knows anything is wrong until the device has already burned out and staff are walking past a scentless lobby.
Other commercial scent providers
ScentBridge NOC
Six things the commercial scent industry does that we won't.
We came up through hospitality operations, casino floors, and HVAC — not consumer fragrance. The category's default playbook was built for retail malls in 2003 and never updated. Here's what's still standard practice, and why every one of these failure modes shows up in our discovery calls.
Poor quality scent equipment.
The typical property runs a thrift shop of consumer-grade devices: plug-ins on extension cords, aerosol triggers behind the front desk, candle warmers in the back office. They cover 200 sq ft, fade between refills, and get unplugged by housekeeping on a Tuesday and forgotten until a guest mentions it in a Yelp review.
Service shows up four times a year.
Most commercial scent vendors send a technician on a 90-day rotation. They swap cartridges, dust the unit, leave a paper ticket, and disappear for three months. There is no telemetry between visits, no signal when a nozzle clogs in week six, and no record of what the property smelled like for any of the 87 days the truck wasn't there.
A scent device with a security review.
Devices that need Wi-Fi need a security exception, an MSA, and a quarterly password rotation. When the building's network changes, the device drops off the dashboard. The vendor blames IT, IT blames the vendor, and the lobby smells like nothing for the week it takes them to agree on the answer.
A wave of perfume every six minutes.
Cheaper devices fire on a fixed timer regardless of whether the HVAC is moving air. Guests in the lobby get a sudden hit, then ten minutes of nothing, then another wave. The space never settles into a consistent ambient note — it oscillates, and the brand smells like a department-store sample counter.
Three contracts, three fragrances, one property.
Most properties end up running different vendors in the lobby, the spa, and the gaming floor — sometimes contract inertia, sometimes because no single vendor covers all of them. The result is three scent profiles fighting each other across one address, and three invoices on three different POs.
The fragrance you signed for, forever.
Standard commercial scent contracts lock you into the vendor's proprietary oil library. Want a custom blend? Re-engineering takes a year. Want to change fragrance for a brand refresh? You're paying a re-contracting fee. The fragrance stops being your brand asset and starts being the vendor's leverage.
Four steps. None of them are your problem.
Site survey & system design
Our engineers walk the property — square footage, HVAC topology, dwell zones, guest flow. We come back with a wide-area or zoned design and a sizing model, not a generic quote.
- CAD/floor plate review
- HVAC topology mapping
- Zone vs. wide-area decision
- Brand intensity calibration
HVAC-integrated install
Certified commercial contractors integrate ScentCast into your supply-side ductwork. No interruptions to guest operations. Two days, typical, for a single property.
- Mounted to supply plenum
- Cellular antenna placed
- Oil reservoir filled
- Baseline scent profile captured
Cellular + NOC from day one
No IT ticket, no Wi-Fi handshake, no VLAN argument. The device ships with embedded cellular and registers with our NOC on power-up. Monitored before the contractor leaves the parking lot.
- Embedded cellular, no Wi-Fi
- Auto-registers to NOC
- No IT involvement
- Cloud dashboard provisioned
Proactive service, forever
Refills, diagnostics, intensity optimization — all handled by us, dispatched before issues become guest issues. Your team gets a monthly compliance report, not a service desk.
- Auto-replenishment
- Drift correction
- Quarterly intensity tuning
- Monthly compliance reporting
One system. Sized to your space — from a lobby to a casino floor.
Every property runs the same ScentCast platform. The difference between an 8,000 sq ft lobby and a 50,000 sq ft gaming floor is how many supply-side nozzles we distribute and how much reservoir capacity we spec. One device. One dashboard. One accountability layer.
ScentCast
Mounted to the supply-side plenum. Cold-air diffusion through 1 – 6 nozzles, sized to your floor plate. The same device, the same firmware, the same NOC behind every install — whether it's a single hotel lobby or a 50,000 sq ft gaming floor.
Pick the zone, we'll size the system.
Most commercial properties are a mix of zone types. Hover the floor plate to see how a typical mixed-use property gets covered.
Three properties. Three different problems. One platform.
Leased as a managed service. Predictable monthly. No capex.
One monthly invoice covers lifetime hardware warranty, NOC monitoring, replenishment, service, and diagnostics — the way every property in the network runs scent.
Lease
Every ScentCast in the field is on a lease. Hardware, monitoring, replenishment, service, and quarterly intensity tuning are bundled into one monthly cost — no capital expenditure, no surprise invoices, no per-incident service tickets.
Pricing is sized to your install — square footage, nozzle count, fragrance, and portfolio scale. Site survey is no-cost; a sizing model and monthly quote come back within two business days.
The questions facilities teams actually ask.
- How does ScentCast scale from a single lobby to a 50,000 sq ft floor?
- How does NOC monitoring actually work?
- Do I need Wi-Fi, or can it run cellular?
- How does the lease work?
- What does installation look like for a property already in operation?
- How does ScentBridge integrate with existing HVAC contractors?
- What's the typical install timeline for a 50,000 sq ft space?
- How does scent intensity get tuned across multiple zones?
- What if I have multiple properties or locations?
- How is fragrance compliance and safety documented for commercial use?
One platform, sized to the box. A single ScentCast mounts to the supply-side plenum and feeds 1 – 6 distributed nozzles, with a 2 L – 10 L reservoir configured at site survey. An 8,000 sq ft hotel lobby runs on a single nozzle and a 2 L cartridge; a 50,000 sq ft casino floor runs on six distributed nozzles and a 10 L reservoir. Same device, same firmware, same NOC — we just spec the nozzle count and reservoir to your floor plate.
Every device reports every 60 seconds over cellular: oil level, dispense rate, fan-sync handshake, ambient temperature, and a drift score against your baseline scent profile. Our Network Operations Center watches all of it 24/7. When any metric crosses threshold, a service ticket auto-opens — most are resolved before the property files a complaint. We report compliance monthly: typical fleet sits at 99% versus the industry-standard 70%.
Cellular only. Every ScentCast ships with an embedded LTE-M radio on a private APN. No Wi-Fi, no VLAN, no IT ticket, no security review. The device registers with our NOC on power-up — your IT team doesn't need to know it exists.
Every ScentCast in the field is leased. One predictable monthly invoice covers the hardware, NOC monitoring, auto-replenishment, service, diagnostics, and quarterly intensity tuning. No capital expenditure, no per-incident service tickets, no surprise invoices. Annual term, renews on the anniversary. Pricing is sized to your install at the site survey.
Two days, typical, for a single property. Our certified contractors mount the device on the supply-side plenum during off-hours, run the cellular antenna, fill the reservoir, and capture a baseline scent profile. Guest operations are not interrupted. For multi-site rollouts, we phase by region — 4–6 weeks for a 20-property portfolio is common.
We have a certified-installer network in 38 states. If your in-house HVAC team is qualified, we'll train and certify them directly — most of our larger casino and hotel clients run installs through their existing contractor relationships. We're vendor-agnostic on HVAC equipment; the device sits in the supply duct and doesn't care what brand your AHU is.
Site survey to active scent in 14–21 days. A wide-area ScentCast with six distributed nozzles installs in one to two days of HVAC work. The longer pole is the survey, design, and HVAC contractor scheduling — not the device itself.
Per-nozzle dispense rate. A multi-nozzle ScentCast can run different intensities to each nozzle — gentle in a corridor, more present in a casino floor, near-imperceptible in an executive lounge. The NOC tunes quarterly based on dwell-time data and your feedback. The mobile app gives property managers in-the-moment override if needed.
The NOC dashboard rolls up across your portfolio. Fleet view shows every device, every property, with compliance, oil level, last service, and on-deck dispatches. You get a single monthly report — not 47.
Every fragrance ships with full IFRA compliance documentation, SDS sheets, and indoor air quality test data. Our oils are formulated specifically for HVAC delivery — no propellants, no solvents, evaporated at room temperature. Documentation is available in the NOC dashboard for your environmental health and safety team.
