It was a little tricky to get open and set up, but once I did it was a snap. The scent I buy is the same scent as the Silver Legacy in Reno, so my office smells like a place I want to be 🤷♂️.
The diffusers are awesome. Unfortunately I only ordered the Country Manor scent, and I appear to be allergic to it, so I can use them. I’m afraid to order any other scents in case I have a similar reaction since I couldn’t find an ingredient list.
I love the Lemon and Lavendar scent. It calms me and feels refreshing. I go to the Lifetime gym, and it smells awesome there. When I researched online to find out what the scent was the information came up. I am thankful that Scent Bridge offers this to the public for residential customers. I feel so blessed to finally have found a scent that agrees with me and doesn't affect my sinuses. I never would have thought to put Lemon and Lavendar together. These two are my favorite scents to use in my essential oils. Also, a little goes a long way in my home. The scent lingers so lightly throughout the day.
It might be user error here but the system does not work. It leaked all over my counter and floor. I tried to get it working multiple times (with gloves on bc everything was now covered in oil), but it would not work. An expensive experiment for sure.

The scent and quality of the fragrance oil are amazing. The smell is light—not overpowering—with varying levels of fragrance. While fragrance oils can be pricey, finding the right scent makes it well worth the investment.
We’ve been using this oil for a while now and are pleasantly surprised by how little is needed to create a fresh, clean scent throughout the house.
I put the ScentNote in our bathroom, outside of our utility / laundry room. The fragrance is wonderful and it covers the whole area, into the hallway - Crisp Morning Air! I decided to use the optional USB power so I don't need to worry about batteries as shown in the picture.
I feel like I am at the spa. The scent delivery system is easy to manage and modify to suit my needs. It is professionally designed and manufactured, and I can't wait to try out many of the other scents available with this product. I found the service and attention from management outstanding - people took the time to explain all the options and uses of the system and to ensure I had the correct product and product location. My friends are jealous!
Love my ScentNote! I actually purchased a second one for a different area in my house because I love it so much. I've tried several scents including: Lavender Vanilla, which is a nice comforting scent; Balsam & Cedar and Jack Frost at Christmas (which I had a guest comment on how nice and holiday-like my living room smelled), and my latest, Warm Luxe Cashmere that I have in my bedroom that my whole family really likes. The shipping was quick and I look forward to trying more scents in the future.
This is the first purchase (ScentNote) we got because we enjoyed the system at a hotel. After multiple attempts to purchase, we finally ordered and got scent trials—all for nothing because nowhere did it indicate that we needed to order a scent so that we’d have the bottle. Needless to say, we are now waiting for a scent (without having been able to test it) so we are less than thrilled. Not giving it a one star because it might end up being good.
